Hi all,
I would like to know how to set up a formula that divides cell z41 thru z80 by z18. z18 staying constant.
When I do the basic formula and copying it, it keeps changing z18 to the next cell in the column. Example z42/z19
Thanks

You use $ symbols to lock the part of the cell reference you don't want to change when copy/pasting.
A1 - everything changes
$A1 - column reference won't change
A$1 - row reference won't change
$A$1 - nothing changes
