Question I need to USE multiple formulas in a Cell and Use Letter which will represent numbers????

Using the attached Excell file I need to do the following.

I am Taking the values selected in rows 22 through
84 and average them out in rows 12 through 18
    in their respective Letter

I would like to know how to Make N/O calculated as
a zero 0 in all of the forms calculations

    I would like cells F12 through F 18 and M12 through
G18 to display NRT if any of the Cells selected are NRT

And for the last calculation I need to average
    Cells F 12 to F18 and Cells M 12 to M 18 in Cell GH2
Where any NRT in the averaged cells equals 1.

    Thanks for any suggestions

This form is going to be use to evaluate employees.
