Random Draw with constraints

Hi Folks,

I am new to the forum but have been browsing for the past few days without having an account. A lot of very useful information is available out there.

After browsing the forum I have been unable to identify the correct formula/function that I require.

I wish to set-up a random draw for a Last 16 Knockout Stage but avoid teams that have been in the same group playing each other (in the Last 16 only).

The Groups are on seperate worksheets and the KO Stage also on a seperate sheet.

Is there an easy way to do this? I am relatively new to the VBA coding but have tried and tried with no end result. I have managed to create a random number generator for the subsequent rounds which do note need to avoid clashes using rngCell randomise..

Any help would be most appreciated.
