Hi,
I have a column of 10000+ Names in Column A. This also contains many duplicates. I need to identify the duplicate counts using a Formula. Your help on this much appreciated. (Please note that i need to know that if there is any other way of finding duplicates other than using Data- Remove Duplicate option)

try this
=IF(Countif(A:A,A1)>1,"Duplicate","")
copy down the rows
