Showing results via date

Hey Guys,

First time posting on here, but I'm writing up a budget, and I just wanted to know if there is a function where I can have something like this:

As at =TODAY

Outstanding bills: (amount as per date)
More Bills: (amount as per date)
Student Debt: (amount as per date)

and have it move down the budget on the other page, following the date in a range of dates.

So say if it was today's date, 20/11/2013(australian, sorry) then it would look up budget from 27/11/2013

and after that date, say the 28/11/2013, it would look up the one from 11/12/2013

Is that possible without a massive page of IF and Then functions?

so you want values( budget information ) from 2 weeks ahead, or 1 week ahead, or am I missing something ?
to change days is easy add (or subtract) # of days to (from) a date value, and that's the info you get, just not sure what we are looking for here...
A sample WB with expected output and reason WHY it is expected would definitely help here
