Time Calculation

Dear Friends

I have 1 simple question. Please refer the attached excel file, i want to calculate the time in minutes (or Hours) between `In time' and `Out time', Please suggest me. Result should be in F Column which is highlighted in Yellow.

Thanks to Mr.Pepe Le Mokko, Mr.kvsrinivasamurthy, Mr.Ghozi Alkatiri.

Each and every day in and out i manually calculated, but now i can able to do by just pulling the formula.

Also Mr.Pepe Le Mokko , Mr.Ghozi Alkatiri gave the formulas for time entry in Text format, Mr.kvsrinivasamurthy gave the formulas for time entry in Time format, All the collection of Efforts lead me to any entry Time and Text.
