    Porting Data Using s Sumif

Please take a look at the file I have attached.

I have been working on a time card systems where Employees enter there time on their respective tab "Employee 1". I have a worksheet called "Weekly hours". My thought on this was to use a Sumif on the Week and day to look up on "Employee 1" sheet and put that data in it respective spot. I thought I made the formulas correct but can't seem to get it to work.
