Database creation

Dear Friends,

What I am trying to do is..BIG..
Like to build a Database for my growing network on work..

In the attached file the format is given.Let me explain..

In sheet "Entry" the data will be entered..in the given format
In sheet "DATABASE" the entry will be saved forever..in the same format based on the matching details..

like.arrangements of datas as per Same company, same div, same position, same state, will be show together..

in which date the entry is being made in the "DATABASE" that date need to be appeared beside the entry.

Can it possible by using formula, or I need macro..

Friends please help me to build this..

You will be better of to use Access or SQL Dataase if you are going BIG.

So as i get your goal you need to use the first sheet as a user form and then the second as data base??

In this case you need vba. You can not do this using formulas.

Ok, I understood..but I have no knowledge in VBA..how do I do this? Please suggest.

Yes...the program is working...
But, when the next entry is submited its replacing the earlier one...

I am trying to put the date also beside..

I think some more moderation needed to this..but how can I do this...plz let me know.

Do you mean that the sample worksheet that i post-and also show to a video-does not works for you?

In this case unfortunately i am not able to understand what are you doing wrong.. Sorry!
