Data Extraction from different files on google drive or share point or even e-mail

Hello
I am working with a Work book containing 24 sheets.
20 sheets are daily attendance ( like a muster roll/ or school register) dedicated to 20 sales men.
I want the users to update the data on a daily basis and send it to me. Their templates are true copies of respective sheets in my master work book.
Is it possible to automate the data tranfer ( refresh / update) from these independent work sheets to the corresponding sheets ( which are by the way 100 % identical) automatically?
I know it is possible to link them manually as long as they are in a folder in my system
My question is
1. Can I receive these sheets by e mail and move them automatically daily to a folder replacing /over writing the previous days file/s and update my work book with fresh data automatically
2. Or can I do it through file sharing sites where the master work book is not shared and individual user sheets are shared betwee me and the particular user on the file sharing site?
