extract text from varied string

Hi

I have a cell with string e.g 567/one/111

I want to only extract the text only within the /TEXT HERE/

the string varies so it can 234567/one/12 etc so the length of character varies but the text is always between the /...../

so answer will be one for above NOT /one/ or /one

can you help using formula only not vba?
