Dear Excel expert
Please help me to find out the reason why the formula in AY2 cell does not work in AY 16 CELL. The correct figure of using this formula is given in BB column. Is this related to AE column identifier as the date formatting is different between these two sets of data base. How to solve this problem.

hi Shams. for AY16, your formula sums up column AS only when column AE is equals to AE16. AE16 is:
32522FSouthern Cross Media Group LtdPublicBuy41151
AE17 is:
32522FSouthern Cross Media Group LtdPublicBuy41208
they are different. what worked earlier seems to be because you don't have dates in column AG. you had pre_3M.
