Formula that can look through multiple tables on same sheet

Hi I need a formula that can look through multiple tables and can pull out data when info is selected from drop down lists
I have tried VLookup and Index but have not been able to crack it.
File attached shows how many tables and what the drop down format looks like.
    Any help would be appriecated
