Vlookup to return value if not 0

I have 2 sheets in a workbook 1 is Picking Logs with colons the ther is total minutes picked. I want to us vlookup to look at the total picking minutes sheet and find any place in columb B where the total is greater then 0 and return that total along with the EE's name to the electronic picking logs sheet in cells P50 and Q50. I have been trying with macro, but starting to think VLOOKup might be the way to go.

I see two workbook with multiple sheets.
Could you specify which workbook to use and indicate on it your desired outcome.

you can use either workbook, but picking logs rev 6 is prob the best one. I am looking to look on the total minutes sheets and find techs that that greater than 0 minutes picked, and put those names and minutes total on the electronic picking log sheet strarting at P50 and Q50

You have got 4 shifts in Total Minutes.
Does the order matter or you need anyone above 0 hours?
