Automaticlly Propagate Cells "x" Number of Times

Hello Forum, I am extremely hopeful that someone can help with this.

I need to parse out monthly benefit dollars across 12 successive months. In my attached file, the monthly amount is in column E. The starting month is in column A, and the ending month is in column C.

Example: Please notice that cell G2 is propagated with the monthly benefit from cell E2. You can click on cell G2 to see the logic I used. The logic correctly determines the starting months and you can see the monthly benefit values have already been propagated into other cells on the sheet.

My challenge is, how to get the next 11 months automatically propagated? Once the starting point has been determined, I need to propagate 12 times. However, I have only been able to figure out how to propagate the first month. Can someone please take a look at this and let me know if you can help. Many thanks in advance!

    Hi,

have made some changes to your formulas. Please see attached.

Do you want to take it for a test-drive and see if it works properly? Give me a shout if something isn't working properly or needs fixing.

    The underlying logic is to
    - first check the start of the benefit period
    - enter the benefit amount once the period has started
    - and then to keep checking if the period is ended. At that point when the benefit period is ended, the cell is blank again.

    Cheers
