Need help with formula to return value of Pass or Fail

Could someone help point me in the right direction with creating a formula...I'm out of practice using Excel. Here is what I'm trying to do:

I would like the value in cell J10 to look in cells D10 through I10 and return either a Pass or Fail value. If all values in cells D10-I10 are either "Yes" or "N/A", then J10 should display "Pass". If one or more cells in D10-I10 are "No", then J10 should display "Fail".
