No it won't, unless you also copy the UDF (user defined function) code into your workbook.
Open the workbook that alansidman kindly provided you. Press Alt-F11 to open the VBE (visual basic editor) and find the mod_MLOOKUP module within that workbook.
Copy the complete MLOOKUP function code from this module into a module in your workbook, to make this UDF available in your workbook.
