    V Look formulae to return multiple results in the same cell

    For a v look up formula, I need to return multiple results for the same look up value in the same cell.

    Look at the attached. It has a UDF that you can copy and paste to your file.

    My excel version is MS Excel 2010. This formulae does not work there, can you suggest and alternative?

    Did you copy the UDF code into your file?

    I entered the formula =MLOOKUP in my excel sheet but MS Excel simply does not recognize it as formulae

    No it won't, unless you also copy the UDF (user defined function) code into your workbook.

    Open the workbook that alansidman kindly provided you. Press Alt-F11 to open the VBE (visual basic editor) and find the mod_MLOOKUP module within that workbook.

    Copy the complete MLOOKUP function code from this module into a module in your workbook, to make this UDF available in your workbook.
