    Average with 2 variables

    Hello,

    I have an excel file with 2 sheets. Sheet #1 contains daily data (Mon, Tue, Wed ...) for the past 30 days. Daily data is broken down in 30 minutes interval. On Sheet #2 I need a formula that can average every monday and the time interval.

    Please help Im going crazy trying to use a averageifs formula

    Im attaching the file im using.

    Does Pivoting the data helps.

    Since the time intervals are the same on both sheets you can use this.

    Entered on the Answers sheet in cell B2:

    =AVERAGEIF(Sample!$B$1:$V$1,B$1,Sample!$B3:$V3)

    Copy across then down as needed.
