Rota problem

Thanks for the relay, the timesheet is a lot better then the one my company is using but sadly i cant edit the design at all..is there any way that my rota could add up the hours in the total cell?

or is the 8:00-13:00 method a no go?

The only way I can think of doing it is by putting a Column between the hours...but I would still have to manually count the hours and enter that in that column then add them all up to the total cell.
