Change value of a cell from another cell

Hey

I have a workbook where I in one sheet referes to a value from a cell in another sheet.

I have many of those I have to change every week.
Is there a way to do it without manully changing the value of the cell.

To explain better take a look at the attached file.

Where I in sheet2 refers to the cell in sheet1.
In sheet2 I want to change column A so it doesn't refer to column A in sheet1 but to column B in sheet1.
But i don't want to write it in the cell.

I thought there might be a formula which did this?

That doesn't change the value of Sheet2 A1.
If I type the IF formula in A1 it returns 0.

I can use it if I want to have the value in another cell e.g D4, but that is not what im looking for

You must mean something completely different of what i am understanding because using this formula in A1 of sheet 2 and copying down and across gives the expected results..

I don't want to type anything new i cell A1:C23 but change the value by using a formula in a new cell.

The question is actually pretty simple.
If i just break it down in parts

I need a formula there says something like this: Change the value of A1 to B1
But if i type that in A1 there is no value to change, so i need to change the value from another cell.

I don't know if that is possible or not.
But i hope it is?
