help editing my ranking formulas

please see the attached file.

the idea is to rank the number of times a pairing (found in column A) occurs.
my problem is that it is not working perfectly. you can see from column E that the same pairing is listed multiple times. i want each pairing listed once beside its ranked total in column F.
