Good afternoon everyone. I found a fantastic template for tracking time off for employees, but it is created to track days taken and not hours. I wanted to change this but the formulas are way beyond my excel ability. I was wondering if anyone has the time to take a look and see if this can be done? I created a section below the "taken" section where I wanted to incrementally reduce their hourly bucket based on the data in the "Employee Leave Tracker" tab. I was going to include annual bucket amounts in the "Settings" tab as I dont necessarily need a look back comparison year over year. Let me know what you think? I really appreciate it.
