Comparing Different Data in Two Columns

Hello,

I am working on a report comparing Policyholder IDs in one column (a number) and an employer group contact name in another (text). Please see example below (pic uses different names). The list is roughly 8,000 rows long or else I would do it manually. I need a way to identify when a group contact name changes for a PH ID.
