Make 2 dependent drop down lists dynamic

Hello all,

I have gotten a lot of support from people using this forum to help me with my spreadsheet, I am hoping someone out there knows how to fix this one.
For a quick background, this spreadsheet looks up values (pipe sizes and description) and returns the price for each item selected.
The way you select these items is through 2 dependent drop down lists (ex. you first choose the pipe size, then the 2nd drop down list shows the descriptions matching that pipe size - from 1st drop down, once you select the description, the price is shown).
The issue I am now running into is what I am guessing a formula issue?
I need to be able to add pipe sizes and descriptions to my list and the drop down lists to update accordingly.
If you look at the attached spreadsheet, at the very bottom, I added a size 16'' with its description. Unfortunately, only the pipe size shows up on the 1st drop down list, the 2nd drop down list doesn't show the description.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
