How to average time in minutes?

Hey there - I know this is possible and my problem is some kind of formatting issue, I just can't figure out exactly what.

Basically, I have two columns with a Time In and a Time Out, then a column with =TEXT(B2-A2,"h:mm") to return the total time taken and put it in hours and minutes (although really I just need the minutes, since none of these tasks will be over an hour).

Now how do I get an average of those minutes? Example spreadsheet attached. Just using the "Average" function returns an error.
