Array formula required to get the Employee details

    Hi Everybody,

In attached file i have two sheets named 'Raw' and 'output'. I wanted to extract the employee performance details from Raw sheet into the output sheet. The user only needs to put or select the Employee ID. i am holding nearly 2000 records in my raw sheet but i have not attached all the data. I need a array formula or other formula to extract the details. The extracted data should be adjusted column(append or Blank) based on the number of records retrieve. Please help me to solve these issue. Thanks in advance.

Try this to see if it works for you.
The button Create Emp ID List will create a named range of unique employee IDs in column J of the raw sheet. You only need to do this once after opening the sheet and making any changes to the data in the Raw tab.
This allows you to select the employee from cell B1 using a drop down list. Once selected, click on the Populate Detail button.

    Dear SDch,

Thanks for the post but your formula has some error.

if you type Employee ID 2010 the output is incorrect.

Sorry about that, nSRow should be replaced by nRRow as shown below
