Hopefully this attached properly. So in this example the Master sheet contains duty positions in A2 through A8 (the location of these positions can change within that range of cell on a daily basis. B2 through B8 contains the name of the person assigned to that position (this also can change on a daily basis.

Sheet 2 "Duty Sheet" is where I would like the info to populate automatically in B1 through B4. So for example B1 on the duty sheet would be Roth.
