INDEX-MATCH with two Criterias

I would like to seek help regarding the Index-Match formula, I need to get a data from sheet 2 to sheet 1 by matching values from sheet 2's employee ids and date range.

My current formula format is =INDEX(value,MATCH(1,(date=datesheet2$B:$B)*(employee id=employeeid sheet2$A:$A),0))

But sadly getting an error result
