I have a large data base of information regarding training for our company. On my "Active" Sheet I have everyone entered with every course they have.

A1 - Name B1- Division C1- Start Date D1- WHMIS E1-Flagging F1 TDG .........
I have then broken it down with just specific Training into multiple sheets
[TDG]
A1 - =Active!A1 B1- =Active!B1 C1- =Active!F1
I have a 7 different sheet braking down Each course trained in. This way the separate sheet can show me when each ticket become expired.
Every time an employee leaves, we have a past sheet that we move them to. Unfortunately, every time I cut them from the main page[Active]and move them to the Past sheet[Past]. The sheets I have linked to the main sheet [Active] change to show me where I have moved the employee instead of deleting and moving everyone up a cell.
Example: It will change the code from =Active!A1 to =Past!A1 on the linked training page.
I have tried to load the spread sheet but it wont seem to load sorry!
