Formula to Extract values if criteria are met in Excel

I believe there is an Excel formula out there to extract values if condition is met. Product list is in column A, Price is in column B. There are three regions: 1) Western 2) Eastern and 3) Southern. These regions are contained in a dropdown list; when a region is selected, the values associated with this particular region are extracted.

TV	                  $678.00
Pressing Iron	  $234.00
Printers	          $500.00
Paper	                  $120.00
Computers	          $356.00

Product List      Region
TV	             Western
Pressing Iron     Western
Printers	     Western
Paper 	     Eastern
