    Need help with overlapping times

    Hi!

I need some help figuring out a formula- essentially I need to find out when times are overlapping. Once those are found- I need to count how many happen total.

It's probably super simple-but i'm not entirely savvy when it comes to formulas.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

You can use this formula in Cell M16
    =COUNTIF($I:$I,C16)

Re: Need help with overlapping times

    Thank you for your response!!
I tried that- but I think my excel sheet was messed up. Here is an updated(simplified) spreadsheet.

Again I'm looking for a formula that helps me figure out how many overlapping occurrences happen in one day.

Any help would be great! Or if you can try and help me understand writing a formula!

See the attached workbook. Using the same formula as in earlier post.
