Conditional formatting

I need to use conditional formatting to format the cells in B column to alert me when the information in column b is 12 hours or less using the time and date of the computer.
Example:
B5, B6, B7 would be "Red" and B4, B3, B2, B1 would stay the same color. Any help?
Not sure how to do this.
I have uploaded a file to use.
