    Hello zouraiz,

Could you please tell me, how you calculated 12.3 in Row3 of your sample Workbook?

    Should it not be 6.15?

    Hi,

This looks like a VLookup answer with a True as the last argument. See:

first its achievement 82% that means they qualify for 2% bonus. 2% of 820 multiply by .75 = 12.3. hope you got my point. Thanks

What is your bonus classification? I mean what is bonus for less than 80% and more than 125%? What's your rule for deciding bonus based on percentage achievement?
