Need a formula to compare email addresses

Hello Guys

I am trying to figure out how to Compare email addresses from sheet1 (C) and sheet2 (B) and then display the location(A) from sheet 2 in a column(D) of Sheet 1 if the email addresses match

Sheet 1

(A)First name | (B) Last Name | (C) Email address | (D) Location



Sheet 2

(A) Location | (B) Email address

I tried the following formula but doesn't work

=VLOOKUP(C2,Sheet2!A2:B3780,4,FALSE)

Please help
