    Index/Match Issue

    Hi

    Hope you can help..!

    I have 3 columns:

    A = Chassis Type
    B = Body Type
    C = Free Space

    I have created a drop down menu for the user to select a chassis and body type, and based on those 2 selections I would like to return the Free Space value.

    I am trying to create a index/match formula but am really struggling!!

    Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Regards

    Lee

    Re: Index/Match Issue

    You can also use =SUMIFS(H3:H6,F3:F6,B2,G3:G6,B3)

    Re: Index/Match Issue

    That is absolutely fantastic! Thank you so much!

    One last question...

    If, in another column I have a series or numbers that I want to take off that 'free space' total - how would that be done?

    That ought to do it... there's probably a condensed version but this will work when your deductions are in column I
