    The formula is correct but one cell does not return correct value

    Hi Guys,
    My spreadsheet has two columns ie A and B. A has values(numbers) in some cells.There are also cells without values.
    My formula in column B converts the values into grades ie A,B,C,D,F and X in case the cell in column B is empty.
    I tried to convert the value 0 into F but returns X.
    Please Help me a simple or alternative formula for this.
