    Calculating hours during predefined windows

    Hello Excel Community,
I have a few follow-on questions after my original thread to have a distinct window. I now have different criteria and hoping that one of you could point me in the right direction to get this solved. I have outlined the criteria in the attached document.

Thank you to all for your time.

Re: Calculating hours during predefined windows

To add some clarification I want to be able to change the date range in a given cell. So right now I am saying that workday goes from Monday 8:00 through Friday 18:00 (inclusive) and a weekend goes from Friday 18:00 to Monday 8:00 (inclusive). Now when a date falls in a certain criteria (could be multiple criteria) just calculate the hours (inclusive) between those dates and ignore the workday/weekend formula. So the formula should be if check criteria and is false calculate the workday and weekend OR if it falls within a certain date range then calculate the hours.

    Thanks for any help!
