I need help with condional formating please

Hi Everyone,

I need a spreadsheet that if I enter an letter in column c , that it displays the Date and time
found a vba modual on this great forum to do that, Thank you

I then need to take the time, and convert it to a decimal, that is working great,
now column f has a number that i need to add as hours to the time / decimal
(that is working), Now I need to add conditional formatting as to where if time entered, plus number of hours is added , is greater then current time of my computer clock, then display "YES" and color cell green, if less-then, display "NO" in Red.
