How to use Vlookup or If fuction to create an order form.

To start with this is hard to explain but I will do my best.

I currently order products off my supplier through a catalogue method. The only issue is that there are a vast amount of products and I have to send them via e-mail which takes a lot of time. What i was hoping to do is too put all the products into an excel document through different tabs, for example I want to say via the tabs that I can buy "Ferrari, Renault, Porsche etc." then when I click on that tab i have the different makes of cars. I want to be able to make it so that if i have a quantity selected as greater than zero then it will be selected on my order sheet on the first tab. Is this something that is possible to be done via Excel? I have attached my excel document to show how it is shown. I also need to have the stock codes, prices, car description, cost and quantity all taken into the order sheet.

    Many thanks for your help
