Identified Largest and Smallest VALUES, but need to Identify Location

In the attached, I have used SMALL and LARGE to identify the 10 and bottom ten numbers in a grid. What I need to do now is to use the column and row names to identify the day and time of the occurrence.

A previous post on this topic in another thread provided an array "=IFERROR(INDEX($A$1:$H$1,,MIN(IF($B$2:H13=J6,COLUMN($B$2:$H$13)))),"")" when used, the array generates a number. Even when I format the number to show date and time, it only shows the day. What's is wrong here?

Thanks. Wow that is a long formula, but it also shows the time from AFTER the one desired.
