    Recalculating values based on

    Hi,

So I've calculated the area of a set of microscopic images using ImageJ using a resolution of 1px/1.61um and I dumped those values into an excel spreadsheet. Turns out the resolution was actually 1px/.501um. So instead of remeasuring the entire data set (which would take all day) I'm wondering if there's a formula that I can use to correct that area for the whole set.

    Thanks!

Post the formula; What if you multiply by (1.61/0.501)?
