anyway please HELP
I have a spreadsheet, see a snapshot of it attached, which lays out our regional hierarchy by zip code. Unfortunately instead of listing every zip code it lists simply the start and the end zip for that specific area.
I need to reconfigure this, and i might add i only need to do this once, so that a can "bang" our giant contact list against this file to easily assign each their hierarchy. So.. is there a formula that can either:
-run against those start and end zips, figure all the in-betweens and line them up in one column. Then, maybe look at the original start and end date and fill the newly created separate lines with the proper areas?
-or, is there a lookup formula that could say for instance if the start zip code is 90210 and the end zip is 90300, it says look at these start and up numbers and if my contact zip code falls into this series assign the following.
