To elaborate on the issue, my final goal is to Find what Pick-ups are late and what deliveries are late then relate them to a graph showing what day of the week holds the most late to see if there is a pattern in missed loads shipping through my company, any Idea's on the Graphing of the week days would be greatly appreciated as well, hope this helps.
No I need to compare the Date and Time(two seperate cells), If the apointment time and date is > the drivers arrival time and arrival date then it should put No in the Late coulmn I created I have the example below in a picture. There will be another post to elaborate on my final goal which I'm sure I will need help with.

The & is an addition for concatenation of text. Excel treats dates and time as numbers. Dates are integers and time are decimals.
