Help with matching formula - Example Attached

This is probably going to be really easy for someone, but it's been driving me crazy.

I'm trying to match a list of managers in column B, with their respective reps in column C, down to about row 200, and display them elsewhere on the same tab.

See attached example, it makes it really easy to understand my objective.

Hi..

In F4 use Array formula as..

=IFERROR(INDEX($D$4:$D$9,SMALL(IF($C$4:$C$9=F$3,ROW($C$4:$C$9)-3),ROW(A1))),"")

...confirmed by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER to activate the array, not just ENTER. You will know the array is active when you see curly braces { } appear around your formula. If you do not CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER you will get an error or a clearly incorrect answer. Press F2 on that cell and try again.
