Employee Overtime Management

Hello,

Kinda lost and without any good programing knowledge,

I want to calculate Overtime for employee payable with different groups of staffs. Which means the

Management group at on 8 hours shift and the pay rate for OT is at 1.75
Workers group at on 10 hours shift and the pay rate for OT is at 2.0

Cell B1 is the department
Cell C1 is the Name of staff
Cell D1 is the Date
Cell E1 is the time In
Cell E2 is the time out
Cell G2 will be the total OT work
Cell H2 will be the amount payable

As you can see the data are continuously running with no blanks just that the time out will be below the time in I would like the formula to able to recongise the next staff is from different group based the name above the last count.

Please help, will be camping here for solutions
