Formula: % for each month and Number count for Exceptions

Hi everyone,


I am trying to get the percentage to automatically transfer over to the summary page by the MONTH. I attached the document to show what I mean.
Examples in GREEN

Example: Abdul has 0% in March. Instead of having type it over, we want to bring that automatically over to the Summary when they copy and paste the %'s.


I am also trying to get a number count of the EXECEPTION REASON per month into the summary. I can see a problem already becuase each one has a different reason and done in a different order so they probably have to seperate but I am open to ideas.
