It's certainly possible. How many names can be in a cell? Always 4?
When I say semicolon, u say comma!

These sorts of string slicing functions are perfectly possible but before advising further we need to see more examples of your ACTUAL data not just a single name, unless of course you are saying that names are always compromise 4 words AND you only want the initials for the middle 2.
So attach a workbook with as many examples as you have permutations of names and no doubt someone will be able to offer a generic solution.
