    count number of times a word appears

    I need to count how many times the work WO appears and return the result in column P3

    it could be in a1, b1, b2, b3

    In p3.. write formula as

    Formula: copy to clipboard 
    =COUNTIF(A1:O100,"WO")

    If maybe have some wo in some other cells use

    Formula: copy to clipboard 
    =COUNTIF(A1,"*wo*")+COUNTIF(B1:B3,"*wo*")


    OR else

    Formula: copy to clipboard 
    =COUNTIF(A1:b1000,"*WO*")
