Find start and end date of the last 5 quarters

    Thanks to all that help

I am working on a report for equipment usage. I need it to display the start and end dates for the last 5 full quarters. Also this has to be usable for future reporting. How do I find the start and end dates for the last 5 full rolling quarters. The second part would be to label the quarters. Please see the attached example.

    Thanks

This formula in G4 finds the last date of the previous quarter to the date in G3, fill down to find earlier dates.
