Unhappy Conditional colour formatting without seeing the font used for the condition.

I have a list of people and what items they currently have, but I need to create a list of what items they need, and when they have been ordered. On the previous sheet I used the 'Cel's that only contain specific text' but if i use this in the 2nd sheet, I require different colours and you can therefore see the text underneath. I have seen it done before where the cell just changes colour and no text is seen but i cant remember how it is done for the life of me! Help?!

On your Format for the conditional formatting, make sure you fill color matches your font color (two different tabs).
