lottery bingo keep track of all week numbers leading up to the winner

Hi . I run a similar thing for my local pub. But we only count the bonus ball drawn on a Saturday. There are over 100 members and the last game ran for 36 weeks and winner got nearly £4000. All I need to do is enter the amount paid by the player into the correct cell (date) - and the ball drawn of course. If a player falls over 2 weeks behind their list is formatted in grey. If you look at the enclosed sheet, the weeks in hand column is just a total of the players amount paid minus the week number (calculated automatically from the system clock.)
